SESSIONS: Two to four 60 minute sessions per month, depending on tier. Each session is focused on a specific decision, a performance review, or a strategic question.
ASYNC SUPPORT: Bounded access between sessions for specific questions or fast moving situations. The scope is defined upfront so the support stays useful for both sides.
PERFORMANCE REVIEW: Before each session, leadership shares current performance data, ad accounts, pipeline numbers, conversion rates, whatever is most relevant to what they are working on. The data is reviewed ahead of the call so sessions begin with context already in place.

This works best as a six month engagement. Here is why.

MONTHS 4 TO 6: Real impact. Performance consistency improves. The team operates with more clarity. By this point the engagement is embedded enough to catch problems before they become expensive.
