  • WEEK 1 | Intake and context: Stakeholder interviews with leadership, marketing leads, and sales if relevant. Access to ad accounts, CRM data, and existing reporting. The work begins with understanding what leadership thinks the problem is, what the team thinks, and where those views diverge.

    WEEKS 2 TO 3 | System analysis: Deep work across acquisition, messaging, creative, funnel, and team structure. Pressure testing assumptions, identifying root causes, separating real problems from symptoms.

    WEEK 4 | Synthesis and build: The executive diagnosis is written. The 90 day plan is built. Every recommendation is pressure tested before it goes in front of leadership.

    WEEK 5 | Delivery and alignment: The findings are presented to leadership. The 90 day plan is walked through. Questions get answered, assumptions get challenged, and everyone leaves the room aligned on the direction.

  • Starting at $15,000. Pricing scales to $25,000 based on team size, organizational complexity, and the scope of the marketing system.

    Optional add on: Two weeks of post delivery support is available for follow up questions, clarification, and team alignment as execution begins. $2,500 to $3,500 depending on intensity.
